RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
Santorini Xo offers exchanges and refunds. Please note that we are unable to hold items. For exchanges we will email you a Store Credit or offer a different size (subject to availability). This does not have an expiry date and can be used storewide.
In order to receive your credit or exchange you must meet the following conditions:
Santorini Xo offers a 60 day return on all orders. This is from the day you receive your order, not the date that the order was sent.
There are NO refunds on items purchased from the SALE section on our website. However, depending on availability an exchange for a different size will be permitted. Please email us at Santorinixo@outlook.com.au to check our stock levels before returning sale items for exchange. Any sale items returned for refunds without prior contact will be sent back to you.
FAULTS AND DAMAGE
All our orders are wrapped with love and are carefully checked prior to being dispatched. However, we ask that you please inspect your item over carefully upon receiving it. If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we will be unable to accept the item back.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your items so that we can arrange for it to be returned to us to be assessed for a refund/credit or replacement (depending on availability) in accordance with your consumer rights should we deem it to be faulty or damaged.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged by yourself after wear and tear, this includes but is not limited to a broken button, loose zipper, torn fabric and shrunken items due to not following product care instructions.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Earrings and any items that fail to comply with the above return conditions.
- Sale items
Please check your item over carefully upon receiving it. If there are any faults the item can be sent back to be assessed by our returns department. If the item is faulty you will be refunded in accordance with your consumer rights. If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we will be unable to accept the item back. Any claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
If you have sent your parcel back and have not yet received a credit please follow these steps
- Enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website Please note Santorini Xo are not liable for any losses incurred from orders lost in transit while being returned.
If your tracking says that it has arrived please allow up to 5 business days for your credit or exchange to be processed. Your credit will be emailed over to the nominated email address at the time you placed the order.
- Check your junk/spam folder for the credit note in case it has gone there.
- If you still cant find it and its been more than 5 business days since your parcel arrived, please email us and we will look into it for you.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Santorini Xo is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change you mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay and Laybuy.
While we take every care to ensure that you receive an item that is in perfect condition; in the event of a MINOR fault with your item; we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a credit note or refund. The outcome of a refund for a minor fault is at Santorini Xo's discretion. In the event that you receive an item which is deemed by Santorini Xo as a with a major fault. It will be up to the Customer to decide if they would prefer a replacement, store credit or a refund. If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.
